八王子のスーパーで警備員が刺し殺されるという事件が起きました。
犯人はすぐに捕まったが、精神鑑定が必要のようです。

Supermarket security guard stabbed to death in Tokyo
A 61-year-old supermarket security guard was stabbed to death in Hachioji on Sunday at around 11:35 a.m., police said Monday. The man was stabbed several times in the chest with a kitchen knife. Police said the knife’s blade measured around 16 centimeters.
According to NTV, emergency services rushed to the scene after a passer-by reported the incident at the Eco’s Oyoko store. The victim was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead three hours later.
Witnesses said the suspect got into an argument with a store employee over change and when the security guard intervened, he was stabbed. Police arrested the man carrying a blood-stained knife near the scene. He was initially arrested on a charge of attempted murder, but it was changed to murder after the victim passed away, NTV reported.
A police spokesman was quoted as saying they were not sure where the suspect lives, and that his speech in unintelligible. Investigators said the suspect will undergo a psychiatric test to determine whether he can be held legally responsible for his crimes.
